Vintage ART DECO Mustard Bakelite Genuine Pin-Master Magnetic Wristlet

Vintage ART DECO Mustard Bakelite Genuine Pin-Master Magnetic Wristlet. This is an unusual piece, I'm guessing it was worn on the wrist, & was used to hold pins on the magnetic strips when sewing. It has a patent no. & an interesting Art Deco design. And the yellow mustard colored plastic DOES test positive for Bakelite. Wristlet is adjustable to fit most any wrist. It's a little top heavy, the rivets holding the Bakelite/magnets are a bit loose.

Also, there is a small chip on the Bakelite (see pics). But this sure is a cool piece of history, memories of days gone by.
