Vintage Bakelite WWII WW2 Victory V Military Eagle Sweetheart Dangle Brooch Pin

VTG WWII Victory "V" Brooch. Beautiful bakelite pin from WW2 era. This originally would have been Red, White and Blue, but over the years white bakelite ages to yellow. Top bar has squares of Red, Yellow (white) and blue with a metal Eagle in the center. Dangle from the bar is a chunky V in a red, lightly marbled bakelite. No chips or cracks to the pin, there are two small pit holes on front & back that based on the aging have been there a very long time. I tried to get good close up photos so you could see.

I have not cleaned this pin, will leave to the new owner how much of the patina they want to polish off. Brooch/Pin measures: 2 5/8" long x 1 7/8" at the widest point.
