1930s Red Bakelite 8 Cherry Carved Log Green Stem Dangle Brooch

Some fine surface scratches, color variations in Bakelite (some of the red dye has worn, revealing the butterscotch undercoat), patina on the metal findings, and some oxidation on the pin back. Green coating on cords had worn, which is common fir this particular brooch.

Brooch tested positive as bakelite using the Simichrome polish test. An exciting, fun, and highly-collectible moving cherry figural brooch. This is a special find, as all original 8 cherries are intact.
