Bakelite Brooch, Person Man in Beret with Cigarette, Jointed Articulated Ooak Pin

Articulated Bakelite Man with Beret & Cigarette. I made this rakish Bakelite man sporting a beret and smoking a cigarette for my Uniqlets line of one of a kind jewelry made with upcycled vintage parts. He is about 5 3/4 inches tall by 2 inches wide. His carved red Bakelite torso with black sides and brass studs was a dress clip. His arms are vintage translucent Bakelite sticks and his hands are small black glass cabochons. His legs were flatware handles and his feet are Bakelite cabochons. For his head, I painted a large butterscotch bead and added a cigarette that I made from a piece of metal that I painted white with a red ember and a gray ash at the tip. I made his hat from a vintage Bakelite button and a black cabochon. I created the brooch for my Uniqlets line of one of a kind jewelry made with upcycled vintage parts. He has a rollover c-clasp.
