Large Celluloid Vintage Plastics Art Deco Carved Wood Clear Lobster Pin Brooch

Antique, late Art Deco wooden celluloid pin brooch. Circa 1930's - 1940's.

This cute lobster's body is carved out of a dark tone piece of wood. His body is clear hard plastic. 3 1/4" inches long x 2 3/4" inches wide. Condition : There are minor light scratches on his claws.

The base of the pin shows some darkening, a natural rusted aged patina. Other than that it's in very good antique condition. We test all our silver and gold jewelry, to ensure it is real, solid precious metals, and not just plated. We also test the stones with the Presidium Gem Tester tool, to verify they are genuine and not imitation gemstones.
