RARE BAKELITE DANGLING JOINTED MOUNTAIN CLIMBER MAN W/ PICK HAT ROPE BROOCH PIN. Up for sale is a whimsical vintage figural bakelite pin dating to the 1930's or 1940's. It is 4 1/4" long x 2" wide and is made from multi colored bakelite with string hair, and a coated cord rope in hand. It has a secure pin assembly and is quite eye catching when worn due to it's movement. This is a "book piece" featured in "The Bakelite Collection" by Matthew Burkholz and is in very good condition with normal wear to the coated cord rope.
