RARE Vintage Bakelite Heart Rod 2.5in across Victory MacArthur pins WWII

This may be the last piece of this left over from WWII. These were the rods that the famous victory pins were made from. This is all I have. It is 2 1/2 inches across and 3 1/4 inches long. Grams and ounce weight are pictured.
