VINTAGE 1920s-30s ART DECO FISHEL FACE PIN POT METAL RS+ BAKELITE PIERROT FIGURE

I just scraped the price sticker off and this one is Fishel, but Fishel Nessler FN. This one's cap is green, so slightly more unusual. Have not tested for Bakelite, so could just be an old plastic.
