Vintage Carved Black BAKELITE Figural HORSE Head & Riding Crop Dangle Brooch Pin

1930s-40s figural Bakelite horse head pin. Beautifully carved face with glass eye. He dangles from a well carved riding crop or whip by way of original brass chain.

Especially good carving on both face and crop. The length of the crop is just over 3. The piece hangs down 2. Both crop and horse head are 1/4 thick. Excellent condition -- The original pin back with safety catch is riveted to the Bakelite and is in perfect working order.
