Vtg Red Victorian Human Hand Shaped Pin Brooch with bracelets Celluloid Bakelite

Vintage Red Human Hand Shaped Pin Brooch w/ gold color bracelets. Very interesting gold colored pin mechanism-in working condition-I believe the metal is brass. This is early plastic-Celluloid Bakelite? I a not an expert on this material. A beautiful and wearable example of this wonderful design.
